Getting Started with Undoubt
Initial setup is handled by your IT department or Microsoft 365 administrator. This is a one-time process that enables all agents in your firm to use Undoubt.
Deploy Outlook Add-In
Your Microsoft 365 admin deploys the Undoubt add-in from the Microsoft 365 admin center. This makes it available to all agents across the firm.
Integrated Apps
Passkey Authentication
Each agent registers their passkey (fingerprint, Face ID, or Windows Hello) with Undoubt. This ensures only authenticated agents can create verification references.
Ready to Use
That's it! Agents can now compose emails as usual. When they need to add verification, they simply click the "Add Verification" button in Outlook.
Setup Complete
Your firm is now protected against email fraud. Agents can start sending verified emails immediately.
